After 7 months of working together, Joe left the lab with two operational Fluents and two junior automation engineers who had the confidence to independently optimize existing scripts, design new workflows, and troubleshoot any quirks the instruments would have. An assay that took 3 hours to process 24 samples manually was now processing 96 samples in less than an hour and a half. The automated process consistently produced higher yields and significantly dropped our failure rates.
