TRAINING

We offer Remote and On-Site user training for Tecan liquid handler platforms (Freedom Evo & Fluent) to achieve operational efficiency, higher throughput, pipetting accuracy and precision (especially with low volumes), and to reduce instrument down-time.

On-site training affords your users hands-on experience using your methods, reagents, and samples, all in the comfort of your operating environment.  Your users will learn to quickly reduce and recover from errors, modify and create new workflows, independently troubleshoot, and increase uptime of your instruments.

Training is ideal for existing users who need a refresher and more advanced training, or for beginners who are starting with little knowledge. All training is private, confidential, and will be customized according to your needs.  Training is adapted to the skill level of your users. 

The curriculum is inspired by Tecan’s standard curriculum with additional lessons derived from 7+ years solving Liquid Handling challenges in hundreds of labs.  Your users will be prepared for every challenge.
